You shall be solely responsible for your own submissions, the posting of any content including, but not limited to, text, photographs, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, opinions and other materials (the "Content") and the consequences thereof. By posting any Content or other information on the Site, you hereby grant AFM, Reveille, NBC, Hearst and their respective affiliates and related entities the worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty free, and perpetual license to reproduce, publish and distribute and use in any manner all such materials in any form, media, software or technology of any kind now existing or developed in the future, and to sublicense and transfer such rights. You further grant us the right to use your name in connection with the reproduction or distribution of such material. AFM, Reveille, NBC, Hearst and their respective affiliates and related entities do not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for use or publication in their publications, broadcast programming, books or their digital and electronic media except in connection with the forums, chat rooms, and bulletin boards on the Site. AFM, Reveille, NBC, Hearst and their respective affiliates and related entities shall not be responsible for the similarity of any of its content or programming in any media to materials or ideas transmitted to the Site. You agree that you will use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
