Moms in five different categories will be featured on the Today show: the Working Mom, the Single Mom, the Military Mom, the Non-Mom and the COE (Chairman Of Everything) Mom.

How do I upload a photo?

To upload a photo, it needs to be located on your computer's hard drive. Click the "Browse" button, which will open a popup dialog box that prompts you to locate the photo. Click the "Browse" button on that dialog box to navigate to the photo you wish to upload, and then click "Open." The dialog box will close, and the file name will then appear on this page. Enter a title for your photo that is 45 characters or less. Click "Upload" to post the photo. Repeat the process for up to 4 more additional photos. When you are done selecting your photos, along with your story (required) and video (optional), click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to submit your nomination and upload the photos.

What formats are accepted? What is the maximum file size?

Photos need to be in one of the following formats: .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .png, .pnm, or .tiff. Photo can be no more than 3 megabytes in file size. You can upload up to 5 photos.
